Dr. Michael Hartman will share clinical pearls on optimal product storage, preparation, and intraoperative handling to maximize graft performance and reduce complications. Speaker Bio

Dr. Mike Hartman completed his residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2008. Since then, he has been in a private practice setting as owner of Hartman Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery where emphasis is placed on using computer-assisted surgery and CAD/CAM technology to improve patient outcomes. He has authored several papers in peer-reviewed journals on dynamic navigation and immediate implant provisionalization techniques. His experience as a dental laboratory technician prior to entering dental school helps give him a unique perspective on guided dental implant surgery and restoratively driven treatment planning. He is also the president of Digital Provisionalization Technologies, a dental laboratory specializing in providing immediate provisional products for surgeon’s utilizing the X-Guide Dynamic Navigation system.
Dr. Hartman also holds a Dean’s Faculty position at the University of Maryland Dental School where he is involved with biomaterials research and resident training.
